How to Delete Your Account

Account Deletion Process

We understand that you may wish to delete your MagiTale account. This page explains how to do so and what happens to your data afterward.

Step-by-Step Instructions

To delete your MagiTale account, please follow these steps:

1. Open the MagiTale app

   Launch the MagiTale app on your mobile device. You can find it in your app list or on your home screen.

2. Go to Profile Page

   Navigate to your profile page by tapping on the profile icon in the app.

3. Access Settings

   In your profile page, look for and tap on the "Settings" option.

4. Delete Account

   Scroll down in the Settings menu until you find the "Delete Account" button. Tap on this button.

5. Confirm Deletion

   You will be prompted to confirm your decision. Please read the information provided carefully before confirming.

What Happens After Deletion

When you delete your MagiTale account:

• Your subscription will be automatically cancelled
• Your account will be permanently deleted
• All your personal data will be erased from our database
• Any stories you've created will be removed
• You will no longer have access to the app's premium features

Please note: This process is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Data Retention

Following account deletion, we will completely erase all of your personal data from our database. We do not keep any backups of your information after you've deleted your account.

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we may retain certain anonymized, aggregated data for analytical purposes, but this cannot be linked back to you in any way.
